Ray did a complementary appraisal for my partner several years before we had any thoughts of selling the property.

When it became necessary to sell, it was that appraisal that convinced me he was the right person for the job. His work product, showed his extensive knowledge of the market, and displayed his willingness to put in the effort to produce a quality, detailed product. It turned out that other less experienced realtors were underpricing the property and pushing for a quick, no effort sale, but Ray’s patience and willingness to spend the time going over questions I didn’t even know I had, and his advice on selling price were right on target, and in the end more than paid for the real estate agent fees. His many years of experience helped guide me through the whole process and set me at ease. It made me so grateful I had chosen the best to bring me through a stressful process with such confidence and ease.

"Ray acted as my agent, by that I mean just not a Realtor seller's agent, but a person who went out of his way to get what need to be done that was outside his scope of responsibilities acting in my behalf.I work full time live and 70 miles for the property that was sold. Ray volunteered to take the initiative to see to it that the property was brought up to HUD and locate codes & standards, taking the lead to get local contractors lined up and overseeing their work in my absence. He also made sure everything that need to happen happen, so that the house meet bank appraisal and was signed off by the City.Ray always made himself available and answered my questions and concerned.He acted in my behalf and looked out for my fiduciary interest.I highly recommend Ray.Mike Witzgall"

"After selling my home, I had Ray Autiello as my Buyer Agent and I am so very pleased I did. It literally took me months to find the perfect home and Ray worked so very hard in finding me find the perfect place. He was always available, and always providing me with any information I requested, and information he felt I needed. He would literally take me to 5 and 6 homes a day all around MA and always with a smile and lots of positive energy. Ray, goes above and beyond what you would expect receive from an Agent.
